We have schedule a house last Friday moving engaging Shin Movers based on good review and I am truly glad and happy with the services. The team Daniel and team is punctual, earlier than expected which is much appreciated, fast, efficient and truly cooperative in all the move. From customer service Angeline to movers team all showing team spirit and despite challenges Daniel is quick to provide solutions and have all the issues solved. Though i paid extra for the services for solutions and no access to my unit, i have no regrets and happily made the payment. Angeline is also so kind to reimburse me the full deposit despite me holding on to some of the boxes which I am currently using. Honestly, I will not hesitate to recommend Shin Movers to anyone needing such services.

We completed our move earlier today with Shin Movers (Chris and Daniel and 1 more guy) and it was a fantastic experience despite the complexity - picking up multiple boxes from 2 locations (east to west) and bringing them to southwest, fragile items like monitors and one of the locations was through a narrow corridor but the team handled it well. In fact, they completed the move ahead of schedule and the gentle reminder the day before informing us how to optimise our packing for important but often overlooked items like perishables in fridge made all the difference. Our items were handled with care and everything was accounted for and delivered. We heard horror stories about bad movers whom offered lower prices but items came broken or were undelivered so we were glad that we went with Shin Movers. Pricing wise their pricing was fair as well. The only surprising thing was that we had to use the clear tape provided and only write on the labels provided but this made sense as we could easily labe and locate all the boxes. All in all, Chris, Daniel and guy were professional, efficient and ensured our recent house move was painless and hassle free. Highly recommended.

Chris Daniel and Negi has been very careful and professional in shifting our house that includes carefully habdkjng the boxes. wrapping our mattress very nicely ( plastic) and dismantle and set up our tv in our new house. Everything done in 2 hours . Awesome

From appointment to execution, everything has been super smooth and flawless. Shin Movers was very responsive and honest during quotation, advising on different ways to reducing packaging volume to avoid possible extra charge arising from extra trips. Boxes on loan are provided which is appreciated. They arrived 20 mins before appointment time but did not rush us. Careful attention was given specially as to not damage items and flooring during moving. Price is probably one of the lowest @ $300 a 15ft truckload. Overall very impressed with their efficiency. Definitely will recommend to everyone!

All my items were also carefully loaded into the van and transported to another location for storage. A job well done!
